On Monday, a high speed car crushed a six -year -old innocent in Bansdih area of Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. This painful accident occurred near Halpur village. After the accident, there was anger in the area and the villagers blocked the Bansdih-Maniyar highway for two hours.
According to the police, the name of the deceased child was Ayush (6). The car driver escaped from the spot immediately after the accident. The villagers and the victim’s family started demonstrations on the spot. Angry people stopped traffic completely by jamming the road.

As soon as the information was received, senior administrative officials including SHO Sanjay Singh of Bansdih police station arrived and tried to convince the people. The villagers removed the jam after about two hours of conversation.
Police said that a case has been registered against the unknown driver on the tahrir of Ayush’s father Anjani Sahni. The driver is currently being searched.

SHO Sanjay Singh said that the case is being investigated and the accused will be arrested soon. The police has appealed to the people to maintain peace. After the incident, there is mourning in the village and the family is in deep shock.
