A shocking incident came to light on Monday in DD Nagar police station area of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. There was a stir after a dead body was found in an empty plot. Actually, a steel trunk i.e. a box was found near Indraprastha area, which had a big suitcase.
There was a body of a person inside this suitcase. The 4 to 5 -day -old body was wrapped in cement and was completely frozen, indicating a pre -planned and cruel murder.
The identity of the deceased could not be done
On receiving information about the chest, the top police officer and a forensic team reached the spot and started the investigation. Preliminary estimates suggest that the body is several days old. However, the deceased has not been identified yet.
Steel trunk was lying in vacant plot
The suitcase was recovered from a steel trunk in an empty plot near the water park. Given the condition of the dead body and how to hide, it seems to be a pre -planned murder. The police have seized the dead body and are searching CCTV footage from nearby areas.
The Raipur police is taking the case very seriously and is investigating all possible angles. The body has been sent for post -mortem. Further investigation is going on to find out the purpose of the murder, identify the victim and catch the culprits.
