A private cracker factory broke out on Tuesday morning in Shivkasi, Tamil Nadu. Four people have died and many employees have been injured in this accident. The injured have been immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. Rescue work is going on at the scene and emergency services including ambulances have reached the spot.
According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred when the employees were working with chemicals in the process of cracker. The sound of a sharp explosion was heard for more than a kilometer distance and a large amount of smoke was seen coming out of the factory.
Four employees have died in the accident and several other employees have been seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to Shivkasi Government Hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
Teams of police and fire departments are engaged in rescue work by reaching the spot and the work of removing the debris is going on. So that it can be ensured that no other employee is trapped in the rubble.
At the same time, an explosion went to a pharma plant in Sangreddy district of Telangana on Monday. So far 34 people have been confirmed in this accident.
